Darren was punctual for the appointment, he first gained an understanding of the pest problem and laid out some traps.

He then proceeded to survey the area thoroughly for potential entry points and this was accompanied with clear photos. Darren then took me around the area to identify these entry points and the photos were sent immediately. This was followed up promptly the next day with a quote to fix/block these entry points.

Overall, the communication by Darren was clear and his methodology involves future prevention of pests entering instead of a band-aid type solution undertaken by some major pest companies.
