The best phrase I know, is you get what you pay for? A tad on the ex side, BUT well worth every moment of it. Snacks are great as well. I have been there a few times now & will keep returning

Some of the snacks are quite expensive but good quality.

I love coffe, and they make a pretty good one here. I also like their savoury snacks. We go here every once in a while for a change. They are a little more expensive than some, but as an indulgence they are worth every penny!

The best coffee I have ever had. Also a great variety of snacks. The staff are so friendly and happy and very efficient. I will definitely be back.

Can't complain at all. Staff are so eager to serve, cofees are so tasty. I would reccommend this place to anyone who wants to have a nice coffee, and they have a great sitting area that you can sit and enjoy with a friend.

Such wonderful people!! Always so friendly and chatty - efficient but without making you feel like they're trying to hurry you on. Service with a smile every time -- no matter how busy and run off their feet they are!!!

Best coffee available, staff are always polite and well mannered, nothing is a problem to them.

Staff are efficient, very courteous and friendly and they make a great cup of coffee and the temperature I like.

We regularly go here to fix my husbands caffeine addiction. The service is great and the coffees and chai lattes are consistently fantastic. The only downside is the small seating area that they have, often there is nowhere to sit and the seating that is available is cramped. However the takeaway service is great so we mostly takeaway

Zaraffas have a lovely selection of light snacks & cakes. Their mochachino is to die for and the staff are always so helpful. A really lovely atmosphere to spend time with friends.
