Selling factory seconds and rejects and new articles - refusing refund on faulty items - beware if you go into this store- they are breaching consumer law - they are aware of it and dont care. The rude salesperson just looked dis-interested pretending she did not understand - she admitted she did not care - Beware before purchasing

Went to the store yesterday to purchase a handbag and was treated very rudely by the only staff member there. She rudely told me not to stand in front of the display and ponder as it would bring the store bad luck!!!Never heard such nonsensense before and when I objected to her rudeness she told me to shut up and leave. I work in customer service in the same shopping centre and would never speak or behave so rudely to customers. That kind of attitude and behaviour will definitely bring the store bad luck and no business. I will NEVER shop there!!!

My teenage daughter takes me into this shop a lot. The clothes that they sell are really nice and are age appropriate. There prices are excellent and when they have sales you can pick up really nice items for cheap. I just brought my daughter a black evening dress for $10.00.

I was looking for something way out of the ordinary! I wanted a dress to wear to a 70's dress up party. I wanted to go dressed as Dolly Parton. This meant that I needed a plain yet elegant dress, about knee length. I had been to a couple of other shops in the centre, with no joy.
I entered this store and was immediately greated by a very friendly staff member. I explained that I was looking for something similar to a maxi dress, but shorter and plain (and that it was for a fancy dress party).
I was shown 4 different dresses, told the prices of each (all were on sale), the staff member advised me of the features that matched my ideal list.
After trying on the dresses, having her assistance at all times in the fitting rooms, I was then shown matching pieces, cardigans, hand bags, jewellery etc.
I will certainly shop here again!
