I shop here every week, because they have such an extensive range of items. Often I've been searching for an unusual (for me) item, and almost always their friendly staff have been able to find it for me. Their Rewards program is very good, with me being able to buy a SATNAV from points I'd accumulated

I was loooking for an item that I didn't think they would have. They didn't have this item but they told me that they would get that item in so that next time I'm in the store to ask for the person I was talking too and they have the item for me.
