I've been shopping here since they opened. Its a nice big airy supermarket, easy to find things. BUT...woolworths like coles is getting rid of to many of my old favourites and replacing with their own brand! I sometimes searh and search for someone to help me and most times have to go to the service desk to find someone. I think they have cut down on staff since opening the self serve checkouts, which i also dont like! its true what annav4 says, there is NEVER enough checkouts open!

There's never enough registers open, so even if there is only 5 people in the store you still have to wait in line. Although they have a large range of products they are sometimes missing basic fruit and vegetable items

Woolworth's is great - I believe the deli is better quality than Coles', and it often has specials on the essentials that I need eg. tim tams.
The staff are professional and helpful, especially at the self-checkout.

this grocery shop is a pleasant shop to use with plenty of space. I have found it hassle free and a friendly enviroment to walk about to do my shopping with friendly staff to help.
