The service from the check-out staff is usually excellent, but come Friday night in particular they do not have enough staff rostered on to handle the volume of shoppers and the line for the so-called express lane often stretches to 20 or more people.
Often, products are either sold out (i.e. Helgas Bread) or not in stock and some items that use to be available are now no longer - replaced with Woolworths' own 'Select' brand.
Very disappointing...
