Twice my delivery truck has broken down within 1 month, what is the point of booking a time then they turn up 4 hrs late with frozen food, well it not frozen anymore!! Plus the pickers cant even follow simple instructions as NO to swap out for other brands or supply longest expiry date, its not that hard, well maybe it is for woollworths.

No problems at all,first time on line was a breeze,thought it would be a lot harder but found the site easy to navigate,all done then chose a time for delivery,was delivered in a professional manner and all what i ordered was there.

Woolworths Online was a fast and easy way to order my groceries whilst i remained in the comfort of my own home.did not have one of my items on delivery but gave me another product of a different brand.great service.Very simple to use on line and cuts out waiting in long lines...

Look, it's a great concept but ever since they revamped the website I hate it! It's tricky to navigate through and slow. Honestly it's quicker just to go to the actual shops

woolworths online service, is average.. purchased groceries online, delivery was good and efficient.. but with items i ordered, they didn't have any in stock, there was no warning, they just removed the item off the list when the goods were already dispatched, without consulting or back-ordering the item... with having a quarter of the order not delivered.

Have two kids and find this service amazing. If they didn't have the product we got something better. And we have saved time, money and hassles especially with small children in tow.

I have previously used this service quite a few times. They often give you the incorrect size or sometimes items are missed but if you give them a call, they quickly refund the cost. Delivery was always during the requested time frame but the only frustrating thing was that quite often items you requested would not be available however you are not advised of this at the time of ordering.

Woolworths online is an excellent way to get what you want without the que's. I enjoy using the service because I can be at home doing the housework while my shopping is being done for me. Woolworths is quick, fast and efficient and the payment process was simple. I was also able to enter my everyday rewards card to ensure I got points for my shop. The food came cold and perfectly packed and the driver was so friendly and helped lift them into my house (they don't normally do that, but it was appreciated!!!). Highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to become time rich.

A little more expensive than shopping in store, but at this time of year I'll happily pay a little more rather than battle it out with crowds at stores. Delivery guys are always friendly, delivery is always on time and everything is fresh, cold or packed as it should be.
