I've been using online shopping & delivery for 2 months now and I've got to say that it will never replace ordinary shopping. I've had a few issues with stock being damaged and stock I didn't order being delivered and on all occassions Woolies have been quick to respond with refunds etc. Hoever the most annoying thing is out of stocks which you don't find out about until a few hours before your delivery is due. Most of the time it's okay however the past 2 weeks I have been advised at lunchtime that day, there is no milk for goodness sake!! So I have to swing by the supermarket on my way home and get milk, it sort of defeats the purpose of online shopping. Once my delivery saver copuon expires I won't be ordering online again.
