KFC Gone, Health Food Shop Gone, Subway Gone, Grahams Jewelers Nearly Gone....Previous [friendly] Cleaning Contractors Gone....Kim's Chicken Shop Going....Bellezza Continental Up For Sale.....

Hopefully, Centre Management for this place will be next...My complaint is that we have enjoyed direct access to Woollies from the Post Office Car Park for years, ever since I can remember, now they have closed it between 9am-5.30pm and so make people walk all the way around past the Post Office, Past The Food Court and down the long corridor to Woollies...I have been coming to Hollywood Plaza now for 8 years everyday for Coffee and shopping....and this is by far the worst decision I have seen them make, are they New Management...I suspect so, and clearly have a lot to learn.

WHY ??...I think it's because they are saying to their tenants [shop holders] that there is a certain amount of traffic that they are guaranteeing to walk past daily....so that means, they are putting the customer last an inconvenience to everyone including the elderly, to meet their 'quota'... we are the people who keep this place going...start putting the people first and start securing long term tenants with reasonable rental costs....then you might be getting somewhere and reversing the decline in the centre.

So what about Cole's who have direct access to their store from a Car Park around the other side ??...surely this is grounds for unfair trading conditions...countless people are not happy with this decision, keep in mind that you can still use the side entrance to Woolworths before or after the above mentioned hours.

Call Centre Management Today to Voice your Opinion, Share this Post in protest...this is a stupid decision at the inconvenience of the public, the loyal shopper, the people who keep this place going...If I want to walk past the other shops I will at my own discretion not because you are making me.

Obviously with the amount of people unhappy with this decision they would be foolish to continue with this ?

I went to do my shopping at Hollywood Plaza Woolworths and was disgusted with the service I receieved at the register. I was greeted by "bags?" then after I had paid (no talking from her) I was then asking for the Jamie Oliver stickers which in response I received "These are for adults" ... I am 20 years of age and thought she was very disrespectful.

Great store, friendly staff and wonderfully planned out! We now order online however, this used to be my store for fortnightly shops, and is definitely my go to store if we need things now in-between shops.

I am still baffled how they claim their fruit and vegetables are fresh when they spoil within a day or two, otherwise a clean, generally well stocked shop, plenty of checkout's, but special's run out too early, please order up big and re stock shelves.

Approximate cost: $as per shop

I rather agree with you. I also notice that the veg that I bought from woolies get spoil so early compared to those I bought at sunday market, which also start questioning of what their definition of "Fresh".

Good enough. Pity about location. Good bakery and generally enough checkouts open. Like the layout.

This is a prime location and compared to the competitor in the same shopping mall, this one is better than that shop

I used to visit woolworths alot when they had the late night trading hours, to me that was awesome .. shopping at midnight with no chlidren around was lovely, if you go in during the day hours, it can take a long time to get thru the checkouts, the staff are there, but hard to find if you need them, at the meat counter ive waited 20 minutes to be served before, the food is always pretty good, has a wide variety, I dont go back as much nowdays, i prefer a more quieter store, where there are not 50 children running around screaming at one time
