Friendly staff who can't do enough to help you. Happy to order anything which they don't currently stock, including medications. They remember me and call me by name when I come into the shop, as I use them regularly to get my prescriptions filled and are happy to go out of their way to find out with the appropriate organisations if a price is correct or whether an item is available or not. Know me well enough to joke with me when I come in.
