I booked my car in when my power windows stopped working. Got an appointment the very next day - dropped my car in before work and picked it up in the afternoon all fixed. The fellas were all friendly and very informative when I came to pick up my car.

Not a very wise choice for me. I rang up this place to see if I could pop in to have my air conditioning checked on Friday. They told me they had nothing until Thursday morning of the next week. When I attended they told me to go for a "wander" and come back later which I did, then 2 minutes later I get a call asking me to come back as "it doesn't look good". They proceed to tell me the cost will be over $1000+. Being an intelligent and good looking woman, they obviously saw me coming. They also charged me $40 for the 5 minute inspection, yet did not disclose this cost to me prior to inspection or even over the phone. These people are ripp off Cowboys and I would advise that unfortunately in future, remember to ask if you will be charged for a quote.
