The Yum Cha here is good, and some of the dumplings are fabulous, but because they are often sitting in the steamer for awhile before you buy them, they end up being a bit bloated with the steam, and can tend to fall apart whilst you eat them in a way that's not so fun.

For flavour, they get a 4 ot 5, but for this problem, it average out to a 3. They are delicious and if you catch some that aren't overcooked, it will be fantastic!

If you don't want to go to an actual yum cha place and pay tea money and surcharge and all that, then this is another option.
You just order whatever you want from them and they'll either pass you a premade version or they will make it for you straight away. They have all the usual suspects and it still tastes rather good. But the actual experience with the tea and carts and all is lost. But if you're all about the food, then it doesn't really matter.

I love the tea and carts! But I like quick and simple, too.
