My kids love this playcentre. It is small but I find it's eaasier to keep an eye on the kids wherever they go. I don't think it is super clean but then I guess what play centre is? I was here recently for a 5th Birthday and was very disappointed in the service level of the staff. The food was fine (chips, party pies and sauges rolls) but the lady that was servicing the room could definately improve her customer service skills and she was young either so should have more experience! The party room wall themes could have been better also but like a dais my kids love the facilities and that's all that counts!

Upon walking in I had the urge to turn the kids around and walk back out again. This venue is TINY.

It was a hot day and the air con / fans were not turned on, it must have been 35 degrees in there. Parts of the equipment were locked and upon asking if we could use them we were told that "They are only unlocked of a weekend" by a gruff and frankly unhygenic staff member.

The equipment is dirty and worn, and I would not let my youngest anywhere near it.

Adding everything up we decided it would be a bad idea to order food and made an early exit.

paid 6.90 for my toddler and got a free cuppa and nuggets and fries which I thought was real value for money. Not very clean, but my son loved the space

I had my sons birthday party here late last year, what great value for money. A huge amount of food for the kids, they didn't eat it all so the parents finished it off. The staff were very attentive even though they were quite busy, nothing was too much for them. The place was very clean for a playcentre. My son has already asked if he can have his party there again this year.

Have been here twice for friends parties and once with a mother's group. The party food is pretty ordinary (nuggets tasted terrible) and the place smells of fried food (oil). Not the cleanest playcentre I've been to. The infants section is very small (about 2 metres x 4 metres).

I find it a bit claustrophobic but all my friends love it! It is small but you can see the kids easily. Service during a kids party is a bit slow but the staff are all very friendly

Had my daughters birthday party there last week fantastic service and value. There is plenty of things for kids to do and has a small area for younger children

The first time I visited a kid had a blood nose that was dripping all over the floor but none of the teenage staff cared (the kid's family were wiping it up with tissues) So I guess they're lacking in the hygiene department but of course I went back again! I was satisfied, my kids had fun and no blood second time around. I didn't find them to be terribly friendly, no smiles, no asking if u want a coffee etc.

I like this playcentre as it is small and you can keep an eye on your kids wherever they go. It is also clean and the owners are friendly. We went there today on a hot day and the air conditioning was lovely and kept us cool. I enjoyed reading my mag under the air con while the kids played close by.

Brilliant in every way, staff were wonderful and very friendly nice family atmosphere and very clean inside and equipment staff were wonderful and food prices reasonable
