Wiseberry previously was the realestate for our investment property. Cut a long story short! There communication needs a tremendous amount of work. We had a terrible and stressful time with Wiseberry.

I dealt with these agents 2 times in the past. I was first a tenant in one of their properties! They were great. They treated me well and never made me feel uncomfortable or treated me like "just a tenant".
They are a family run business and you can tell it is by the service you receive.
I then bought an investment property and because i was so happy with them when i was a tenant i wanted them to look after my property. Everything has been looked after well. I can highly recommend them.

This place took over a real estate in Liverpool. They seem to keep bringing up the price of the rent at our current property. We live behind a busy road with no aircon, no alarm and no dishwasher and we are paying well over $400 per week. Their service is quite poor though the owner is a nice person to talk to. The service of Wiseberry isn't the best

My wife and I rented our first property through this real estate. It was a nice little granny flat in Prestons, and although the owners themselves were lovely, no really, you would be hard pressed to find nicer people, the service of the Real Estate left much to be desired. Upon attempting to inspect the property my wife and I had organized a viewing during our lunch breaks (we are both working full time) and the agent was 45mins late for that appointment, which as you could imagine was inconsiderate to say the least. Once we had settled in to the property and inspection time came around, the inspection notice was given and then the agent proceeded to cancel the inspection without notifying us. We had to wait around all day for an appointment that had been cancelled! We have since exited the property and when we gave our three weeks notice we planned and to leave by the end of the first week of notice so that we could get the bond back early to pay to the next property. After three weeks we returned to give the owners a Christmas present at which point they asked us if we had given the keys back to the real estate. Turns out that even though we had returned them three weeks before hand, they sat on a desk not to be processed until my wife went and saw them to see what was going on. It is now five weeks since we have exited the property, and we are still awaiting our bond!
