The Pullman hotel group has been doing some great work lately, transforming the traditional hotel experience and taking it to a whole new level, starting with dining.
Key aspects that I liked about the menu was the focus on local produce and food artisans, and the availability of smaller grazing options rather than the traditional a la carte.
I am not sure if I would cross town for it, but if you are staying in the hotel, meeting someone or had an event scheduled there, it is a good menu.
