Williamstown fine wines is one of those stores that makes you remember what it was like to have an owner who not only knows his products but stands behind every bottle on the shelf, and he can because he chose every bottle.
Talk of food pairing? This is Justin's game. I have never been disappointed with his choice, not a small feat considering my partner also has a very good nose for wine and has spent over 15 years in the hospitality industry. So much so that his ability to find a great bottle of wine for a good price has got me out of trouble at home many times! Ha
Now for the best part! Not one cub product on the shelf! the space can't be spared because of the constant flow of seasonal and totally unique beers from around the world and Australia. Once again Justin's understanding of every beer on the shelf comes from passion.
Spirits, what can I say that I haven't already? Quality over quantity is the difference with this small but vast humble bottle shop.

Just a note, if you want to speak to Justin for some advice, he is usually there after 4.30.

Once you make it past the owner, who can be a little bit eccentric but is mostly nice, then you have available to you a vast range of wines to select. The prices aren't cheap but then because they stock primarily superior wines this isn't unexpected. Also stocks a very solid range of boutique and imported beers.
