Initially we were happy when we arrived sat down and ordered drinks while we waited for friends to arrive. We politely asked if we could reserve two meals from the Specials board as we were advised they would sell out. We were advised twice they were saved and i guarantee the chef has saved them by waitress without us prompting, we thanked her and said we were grateful. When our friends arrived we were then informed they had in fact been given to other customers, when i said that's just not good enough. I was told loudly i've said sorry what do you want me to do about it you'll have to choose something else. Even though it was their mistake there was no offer to rectify the situation or offer an alternative. Disgusting treatment by waitress.
After discussion with friends we left, their loss as over $500 walked out the door and any future visits. Do not recommend if looking for great customer service as attitude is unbelievable and not the way to treat your clientele.

Despite changing hands awhile ago this restaurant has maintained it's warm, cosy atmosphere and its good quality food! The staff and service is awesome and prices are pretty good value! It's in a lovely area but not too far away! Taken the kids too and we all had a great meal...we love their steaks!
