Where are the tellers? Everytime I go in there are only 3 tellers on duty..or two! For a busy Westfield with much buisness and customer banking coming in I don't understand why. The ladies working there are lovely. But I can't stand there watching Mr Bean on monitors in a que with many other people everytime!

I was very impressed when I went in the other day when they told me of further free services I was able to receive from this bank, such as a debit mastercard. They were friendly and helpful and happy enough to answer all my questions and ask other staff members when unsure of the answer themselves. I had been thinking about moving to another bank, but i didn't mention this to them at all, but after this service I will not be moving any time soon!
