Great service. Were really helpful. Great staff, all very friendly. Helped us find where we needed to go. And they also have little cars that kids can sit in while shopping which i think is really good. :)

Westfield Fountain Gate are so good so many new shop there now makes spending money Hard haha
I love going there to even just chill out and hang with all my friends you should go there and ive been to many of there shops its a good place for a great day out .

The ladies here at Fountain Gate are always friendly and helpful, and the girls are always happy getting a balloon from the concierge desk.

I went to the customer service counter wanting to purchase a gift voucher. Arriving at the counter at 4.50pm I asked the lady if I could purchase a voucher and she told me that she had closed the till. When looking at the opening hours (open til 5pm) she said she had to leave by 5pm. Not happy after driving 30min in traffic to get there on a hot day.
