Georgina is amazing! She provides top, friendly service and sell gorgeous wedding gowns at the right price. On the first visit i had a list of at least 4 gowns i adored and not once was i pressured into purchasing (which often happens at other bridal stores). It wasn't until the 4th visit (and many beautiful gowns later) we found 'the' gown. Not being a sentimental person i always said i'd sell my gown after the wedding but now i'm a changed person. My daughter and I needed to purchase a dress for her deb ball. We ordered the dress in late January and were told that we had left it a bit late as her Deb is 27th March. We were promised it would be there in time which it was however we had to call a few times to see if it was in yet. My daughter tried on the dress the day it got in and it was not the same as the one we had ordered. The back of the dress was different and I pointed this out to the sales lady and she said she "hadn't noticed but it still looks nice". I picked the dress up a few days later as there was a slight alteration to be done and it was being pressed. I expressed our disappointment at the time of pick up. At no time did she apologise for her error even though she had clearly ordered the wrong dress. She suggested we needed a hoop for under the dress and that it would be $50 to hire and you get your $50 back when you return it. I would have thought there would be no charge as a good will gesture. The dress was $900 and it was wrong. We have 3 other daughters and will be going somewhere else for their deb dresses.
