I had a voucher from the entertainment book and asked the girl at the counter if I could use it on any milkshake, and she said yes, so I ordered two different milkshakes for myself and my son. After making them, the girl went to charge me for both but I reminded her about the voucher and she said I couldn't use it because it was for two different milkshakes. I disputed this with her, because she had agreed it was OK earlier, and other customers also joined in. Two other girls behind the counter then proceeded to call me and my mother "sluts", which I found ironic considering I was wearing more than they were. I wrote to Wendy's Head Office about the incident and received no response.

The staff is nice and friendly, and is always handling a spoonful of icecream for all the members of the family. It's a bit expensive, but the icecream is real good, as is all the flavours they have. They have quite a menu, and really very nice products!
