staff were friendly enough but the soft serve ice cream i bought my son tasted foul, not sure it if was off but either way i wasn't taking the risk and i made him throw it in the bin after i tasted some.

the service is quick but sometimes not served in turn, no system of knowing who is next, perhaps a ticket system would help, especially when smaller children are trying to order for themselves
