I was referred to Wayne to get my carpets cleaned when I left my last rental home because he does a pretty good job for an independant and the price was fantastic.
My first contact was with his wife on the number listed, and might I add, she too was lovely to speak with and booked my a time for Wayne to clean our carpets. I was pleased that he was also able to do my carpets within the time frame I had and also at rather short notice. I had noticed one stain hadn't quite lifted and he was all too happy to go over it again.
I was surprised by the low pricing compared to the other companies servicing Melton and when I asked him about this he informed me he thought the bigger companies were ripping off everyone simply because they were charging premium prices and using the water and electricity that the customer also had to pay for. I found this man very easy to talk to and the invoice was provided immediately after he had packed up.
