I made an appointment for a g-string and eyebrow wax after reading reviews on WOMOW and having a positive experience at their Bentleigh shop. While I was waiting, the receptionist and the waxing attendant started gossiping about a client who was getting dressed in the other room, acting as if I wasn't there. I thought this was quite unprofessional. Then when it came to my wax, it really hurt - much more than I'm used to. And my eyebrows were done okay, but slightly uneven. I was really disappointed with the experience, especially given the previous reveiws. I have since had a wax in a beauty salon and had completely the opposite experience. I won't be going back to Waxed, Elsternwick.

Such a clean and spacious place to go to, with fantastic staff who understand that I may get embarrassed at times. Really pleasant to go to and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was nervous as I had previously a bad eyebrow wax at another place. I was after some guidance and I got it. My therapist explained clearly what had to happen and the bonus was I only got charged a small amount as she didn't have to do a full eyebrow wax.
I booked for a bikini wax next week.

i see lia every four weeks for a wax. i have tried a few other girls in the past and everyone that works there is amazing but i enjoy my conversations n the overall experiance with lia the most. she is very quick and efficient n distracts me from the pain. i love the tv in the rooms and how clean everything is!!!! i would recommend everyone to try her!

Quick and efficient. No mucking around but friendly staff. Reception was also helpful in contacting when they had a cancellation at an earlier time.

Friendly staff with a world of knowledge. Very helpful and have all the latest equipment to do all waxing and beauty treatments that you would need. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment .

Nice environment and the staff are very helpful and professional. They're very efficient and clearly know what they're doing. I've been several times and would hesitate to go back.
