Unconscionable and unethical conduct by Warwick Williams R/E did not divulge in the Disclosure Statement of my lease that the roof of the building has been leaking since 2007 and affects the electrical wiring and causes mould and damp and I have the evidence to prove it.
Ive had to take the landlord to the Tribunal where the agent blatantly lied for the benefit of the landlord until I showed the evidence to the judge. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

As a long term renter I can say I've never really had "great" service from a RE... they usually reserve that treatment for the home owners and those looking to buy.... until now Warwick Williams were GREAT! they helped me find a place and worked with me with the details which other Agents couldnt be bothered dealing with. Then once the lease was signed they didnt stop there! their service is fantastic, even giving me a map of the area as I was new to the area and going out of there way to help even when I locked myself out outside of business hours. They are great in general and I have heard good things about them from ppl who have used them to buy and sell as well
