Very disappointed, ordered the wallpaper in October 2017. Was told this would take 4-6 weeks....stilll nothing. Communication was good at first with them telling me it will be next week and then the week after and after but never received anything. Now I am receiving no communication and I am very disappointed as I did not see the reviews before I purchased. Do not understand how a company can be so bad!

Another disappointed customer. I ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper 02.06 17 and still haven't received those, all fully paid by the way. Apparently this should have been in their stock. I have call them twice and ask where is my order and every time they keep saying , we have to check and we call you back, no call backs. So ALL OF YOU be very careful to deal with this guys. Definitely not recommend these guys for anybody.

I love the wallpaper I got from Wallcandy! When I ordered from the website, delivery was stated at 2-5 weeks and when it didn't arrive at the 5 week mark I sent an email. Then I checked sites like this one and my heart sank...I'd blown my money! But no! I got an email the next day saying the wallpaper was in the warehouse and would be delivered in a week. Sure enough it arrived and I am happy. I chose Wallcandy because I wanted to support an Australian company and I am very happy with their service.

BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered approximately six months ago $417 worth of wallpaper, it was never forthcoming despite many calls made by us, we have never heard from the company (the Beaufort St store) ever directly. When we did call them they advised it would be coming, it never arrived and after some many months we cancelled the order. It has now been many months still and we are still yet to receive any refund. I urge all people with similar instances to register your complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. BUYER BEWARE. UPDATE: finally after 7 months, a visit and numerous phone calls to the owner, we are in receipt of a refund. Be very careful people! Good luck & don't give up on your refunds.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I should have checked reviews before ordering. We ordered some wall papers in May and there is no response to calls. It is almost 5 months and there is no response. The Melbourne store is closed. I don't know how to get the money back.

Do NOT purchase from these people.
I am awaiting an order that is now several months outstanding. No communication or return of phone calls, social media or emails. I go to the physical store here in Melbourne and it has closed down! There was a note plastered to the window stating the owner does not pay his bills, yet keeps accepting money from customers. I am appalled with their lies and I still awaiting any news on the order I have placed and paid for. I just am now told from one contact at the Perth store that she/he is meeting with the supplier. Which is a lie! You simply haven't paid your supplier, so my order hasn't been placed.
Do not order anything from these people, you simply won't get your product.
TERRIBLE..... I now notice their excuse is they're shutting all their stores and going online only. Another lie I suspect. Such bad business.

I am another customer that has had a terrible experience with Wall Candy and would tell all clients to definitely NOT purchase anything from this store unless they physically have stock at the time of purchase.

I paid in full for wallpaper on the 14th June and was advised it would arrive 4-6 weeks. At 6 weeks I called up and was told it would arrive soon - and they would call me. At 7 weeks I called up and was told it would arrive soon - and they would call me and so on and so on. Never given correct information and answers are always vague.

I started asking for despatch and tracking information - which they could not provide as management actually orders the wallpaper and doesn't give out any of this information (not suspicious at all!). I left messages for management to call me - they never did.

At 11 weeks and counting, with many missed dates of promised arrival - I have requested a refund, They said they cannot process a refund in store and have to send through a request to management. Given their track record responding to enquiries and complaints - I am not holding my breath. From the reports on here - it sounds like my request for a refund will be ignored as well.

Do NOT use this company. i ordered wallpaper, paid in full and then waited. and phoned and waited. and phoned and waited. still no wallpaper and while i have requested a refund they have still not done that. i honestly cannot believe that this company continues to operate.
