Great menu and great tasting foods with nice atmosphere, though service can be slow especially during peak times.

A great Japanese restaurant with touch sceen menu, service cant be judged as other reviewers have said as there is no interaction with other people. Orders are delivered swiftly however orders for just the basic table water constantly get forgotten but thats not a big issue.
Serving size of some of the food is quite small, but sushi orders are the best.

Overall I found the place pleasant. We didn't interact with the service personnel all that much, so they cannot be judged on. The food wasn't all that special, but I didn't have guts to try out the unusual stuff. I don't really like the ordering system, but you can't get an order wrong.

My first choice when it comes to Japanese restaurants , extremely quick service , touch screen menu , large range of drinks , large variety of japanese food from salads to grilled/fried food , lovely atmosphere. One thing i've never seen before in a japanese restaurant was they were charging $1.00 per egg, otherwise i could call this close to perfection

I love this restaurant. I touch screen menu is so great and easy to use as well. I love the bbq lamb and their California set. They have decent portion. They are always busy so it is best to book before you go.

Great place to go, touch screen service, unusual modern japanese fusion foods like japanese pizza etc. Very yum and great fun. Touch screen service means you can order as you eat and it comes out so fast. But please book to avoid disappointment as it gets very busy.

Touch screen orders on the walls! A huge selection of food and drinks to order! You won't need to call a waiter/waitress! Prices vary per type of dish. Excellent for parties. Reservations would certainly be the way to go because they get busy especially weekday nights. You can eat at a table, or reserve in a room where people sit around one big special table. This room requires you to take your shoes off and when you sit down, there is an underground part of the table where you put your feet. The seats are cushioned. Great experience! Delivery of ordered food is quick within minutes.

The touch screen interface and fantastic Japanese cuisine has me returning to Wagaya on a regular basis. Be sure to book or prepare to wait most nights, as it is always busy. The touch screen ordering system means you never have to wait for service. It is so good, we once timed after ordering or drinks arrived within 30 seconds. Now that's service!
