I've been here a few times as a local, I actually felt the service was quite good, though I suspect they are a little understaffed. I didn't get a facial though, I had waxing done, and it was really efficient and done very well. I felt the girl who served me was very good at what she was doing, and she didn't make me feel awkward at all, kept up a decent stream of conversation so I wasn't left twiddling my thumbs staring up at the ceiling/floor.

I don't know what products they used, but it wasn't too hot, and they seemed to know what they were doing, it wasn't painful at all and I had a good experience, so I have no real complaints about the place.

I had a Cudo voucher and really felt like a second rate citizen as soon as I walked in. I was pressured into having the microdermabrasion and my skin felt no better at all afterwards. It was supposed to be an hour of pampering and I got 20 minutes of the therapist doing anything, 20 minutes being left in the room on my own and that was it! Very much a let down would never go there again.

I bought a voucher from one of the deal websites to get a facial, it was a choice between a facial or a Microdermabrasion, I already knew what I wanted -- the facial, though the sales staff wanted me to get a the microdermabrasion I felt pressured, I had already made my mind up and I was sticking to it.

I felt like I was just another customer, as I am not a regular customer here, I felt the coldness that was dished out.

The facial was nothing special, I felt that it was rushed, and then at the end there was no good bye thanks or see you again.

Was not impressed at all, and my skin did not feel at all great after the facial either.
