If you like Mexican food, then look no further. Viva Mexico in Croydon has great food and drinks in a really fun atmosphere. The meals are big enough to share and nobody will go home hungry. This is a fantastic restaurant for a fun celebration like a Birthday or catch-up with friends. It didn't disappoint.

We decided to take my family out for dinner and as everyone loves Mexican cuisine we found this to be the perfect choice.
This restaurant as a very friendly happy atmosphere and a rather huge menu with tooo many delicious options. We all decided to share as much as possible, starting with 2 entree platters which was enough for the 6 of us. Burritos, prawn and beef fajitas, enchiladas and of course tacos was enjoyed by all. Servings were very generous, fresh and deliciously moreish but we had to save room for dessert.
Everyone loosened their belts and attempted to eat the most delicious looking dessert platter, oh my goodness, so good.
It was a very successful dinner enjoyed by all.
Prices were very reasonable and the staff were fabulous. We will return on our next visit.

have been here about 5 times, food is enjoyable, without being super great, but is still pretty good, the value is good, the atmosphere good. the staff are very nice and even brought out some free chicken because they said the main was going to take a bit longer, even the fact they told us it would be longer was a nice change considering you usually just sit and wait. i shall be going back

I have been here quite a few times, normally for someones birthday as they have a special for that event, free main and dessert with a booking and a flyer.

The service is always friendly, the staff of out of their way to make sure you understand the menu and they are efficient. The meals are all reasonably priced and they quite often have coupons or discounts which are exceptionally good value for money. The atmosphere is nice and cosy, can get a little loud on busy nights but that's to be expected in a smaller restaurant.

The food is the disappointment for otherwise a great establishment. It's pretty standard but at times you feel you could have done just as well or better in your own kitchen. They are great with allergies or if you don't particularly like spicy meals. Its all fresh and good quality but the flavour is just a little lack luster for what I typically think of restaurant quality.

Still worth a look if you want a enjoyable night out with reasonable prices and a nice albeit standard meal.

This is really yummy food, which is reasonably priced and you can often get 2 for 1 main meal freebies from various places. They are really good with my daughter - being helpful and attentive.

I loved Viva Mexico. From the street it doesn't look anything special, but inside it has a very similar feel to Taco Bill, only better. The staff her attentive and very friendly. The first question they asked was if we have any of their discount vouchers (which are readily available in local newspapers), and when we said no gave us a discount on our Margarita's. Yay!
The girl explained all of the items of the menu, and was very helpful towards my friend with food allergies.
The fool was delivered quickly and was served on a sizzling platter. The quality of the food was excellent, and far exceeds that of Taco Bill.
The serving sizes are fantastic, and the food is all very fresh.
At the conclusion of our meal they provided us with our bill quickly.
Overall this was a very enjoyable experience. Living so close I had never been to this restaurant before, but will definitely go again.

It was great to go somewhere local, have never been to Taco Bill's to compare, but food was amazing, had Vegetarian Fajitas, huge meal. Great value for money, and even though we used an entertainment buy 1 get 1 free voucher, they gave us another one to come back again! Service was a bit ordinary, but otherwise a great place to go to!

Service here was very average. Though the food was quite good and was pretty big! I had the Chicken Fajitas salad and this was quite amazing. Despite the service, I would definitely go back for the food.
