I used vision building group Ballarat.

I had a home built with Vision Building Group (Ballarat) in 2019. Several mistakes were made before we moved in, delaying the handover date. Then when handover came, several things weren’t done to the quality promised in the mission statement. Some aspects of the build were done to a high standard & this high standard needs to be followed right through the whole construction from start to finish. After several revisits to rectify problems, I’m not confident that this building company can fix issues to a quality standard. If you’re looking for a top quality builder, move away, nothing to see here. My new building experience wasn’t as promised & the attitude of the company with the after sales service is below standard & not satisfactory. More a lack of vision. I don’t recommend this building company. Unfortunately this poor standard of workmanship with builders & their tradies on newly built homes, is prevalent right through the whole building industry. The whole industry needs to step up if builders want to keep their reputation. Customers have paid big bucks & want the quality job they were promised in the first place. UPDATE: 3 1/2 years later, vent pipe that comes out of the roof wasn’t sealed properly & water got in between two walls & black mold was in the timber studs. Unbelievable. DO NOT GET YOUR HOME BUILT BY THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE️
