It's been a few months since we ordered here last, we now order our pizza elsewhere. The last time we ordered over the phone and was told it would be 15 mins, went down there to pick up, there was a bit of talking and shuffling of paper behind the counter before the bloke making the pizza called out to me that our pizza was still in the oven and would be only a few minutes, so I waited............. and watched him proceed to make my pizza in front of me while I stood there and waited almost another 20 minutes while it was made and cooked. It would have been nicer for the bloke to be honest with me that they forgot it or whatever, but he lied and thought I would be so dump as not to notice that it does not take a pizza half an hour plus to go through their automatic oven. So I told the lady behind the counter how pissed off I was and haven't been back there since. The place we go to now is far better anyway.

Pizza delivered with the usual, mass produced, gelatinous muck but that's what we've come to expect from around our area so that was nothing new. What was new was the piece of blue laminate which was found just before my son went to put the pizza into his mouth. Called the shop where the owner/manager proceeded to argue as to whether or not the piece came from his shop. We returned to the shop with the piece of laminate where he still professed his innocence...even though the counter top was the exact same blue laminate and was missing huge chunks in it. He was more concerned with getting his piece of laminate back (even though he still proclaimed it didn't come from his shop) than apologising. Never ever again.
