The store is neat and tidy, plenty of labelling so you know what section to go for. The staff are also happy to help and efficient. You can purchase or rent dvds here, rent or buy games and snacks. Video Ezy have a customer loyalty program card aswell.

The staff are extremely helpful, they know their products well. The store is clean and well organized so its easy to find things, they have a great range of stuff are are always willing to do their best to find something if they don't have it in store. The staff are also very friendly
