Sorry that you are not happy with the service. Surprised to see this review because you appreciated our service a lot when we were leaving.

We reached your property in country area on time and also the drop off address on time. Which part of the move you did not find planned? We loaded your items in carefully, quickly and efficiently and everything was blanketed from top to bottom.

We gave you the estimate earlier and that was approx what you paid. If you found us expensive more than what you were quoted, you must remember that a request was made to pick items on one day from country and deliver next day while our original quote was straight away from door to door. We had to take the truck to warehouse and park there and come back next morning for the same job. There was an extra charge for that reason which was discussed before hand and agreed by your partner.

We are surprised that you were so happy the way your removals were executed and left us an awesome feedback on paper, along with your daughter and another helping hand. If your couch could not fit in the lift, we still tried our best to take it upstairs without scratching the walls or the couch and you were happy about the care. You then decided to take it downstairs to storage which we did. Why would you leave us a negative feedback then.

We could have fitted more items in the truck if you would have asked for. Its hard to understand what part of the job were you not happy with. We tried everything we could to make sure that your experience be A+.

We invite you to express yourself freely here and post a reply stating what made you leave us 2 Star review while you gave us an awesome feedback on paper and even told us that we will be moving you out as well. As far as prices are concerned, they were all discussed with your partner before hand. How come there were hidden surprises for you even when we gave you an estimate.

Please post so that other users on this website can understand as well. This is our first and hopefully the last review which is not 4 or 5 Star. We look forward to sort this out in front of the community. Also we will also upload the feedback you left for us on paper at completion of the job.
