My cut and colour was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Versace (the owner and stylist) was courteous, diligent and professional. A great experience.

I went in to inquire about a colour and to ask whether Versace Salon priced matched. I was on a budget and wanted to get my hair done the week after. If there was no price matching that was OK. I just wanted to try this new place out of sheer convenience and to see if the management could get my hair colored a nice warm brunette. I explained to the management that usually any colour previously done elsewhere tuned 'ginge' so I was on the look out for a hair dresser who could find a perfect match to my natural brown. What I did not expect was their rude unprofessional answer to my simple inquiry which ruined my day and made me very hesitant to try any new hair places in the future that is how much I got affected by hostile tone of their answer. Upon asking the management about their particular colour brand they got angry which was very strange. Especially when I asked if there was any henna in it, got very defensive and said it was none of my business, I could not tell them how to do their job well, I was not the professional. They were. I was taken aback as it was not what I meant. I said Henna causes my hair to go red. A clear misunderstanding. They kept saying they were professional and I had no right to question them. Nothing they said made any sense. I mentioned that I was merely a new customer who inquired about a colour and could be their regular if I was happy with it. Now I will never know if the management is actually a good hair dresser - definitely not after such a severe response to my harmless inquiry. What an unpleasant experience! I will not be recommending this new hair salon in Petersham especially when a few ladies I know were very curious to find out whether it was worth visiting for a cut and/or colour and if it provided a friendly environment which is always important to clients. What a way to treat a new customer!

I went to Versace hair to get a poorly done dye job fixed and a cut. The work of the stylist and owner was great and he did an excellent job in fixing my hair. His prices were very reasonable and he was great to talk to!
