Having difficulties getting around due to a disability, Vern Graham's of Heyfield have always been willing to go that extra mile for me. Personalised service is excellent and their understanding of my situation and compassion is just fantastic. For a small country store their range of stock is great and well priced. Regardless of who you are or how much you spend the staff are always available to help. I am always met with a smiling face whether in person or on the phone. Having to order bottled gas can be difficult at the best of times. Vern Graham's makes it a piece of cake with a smile to boot. I don't have to fear a painful trip just to order gas. Hardware stores don't come better than this one.
