Firstly, they took on a job that another panel beater declined to touch - I also have to give a shout out to my insurer (Shannons) for helping to arrange a tow to Varricchio’s from the other place.

Many thanks going to Josh and Michael for facilitating everything while I was located 350km away in the country. I felt I could leave everything in their hands and relax.

Post collection, they went on to provide a fantastic service experience, going the extra mile - including paint touch up weeks after I collected the car and got a rock chip due to no fault of theirs!

They aren’t the largest panel beaters in Norwood I’ve notices, but they provide a level of service that you would probably only get in smaller workshops... without the associated delays. Would trust them with any of my vehicles - no dodgy work or corners cut, great communication and a fantastic team.

I have my car repaired at door and body panel which was dent by pole. They adjusted few times for door when I asked. Service and quality are great. courtesy car is available. I will come back again when accident is happened in future.
