The girls today were fantastic, not only do they know their products they swear by them. Not just another hairdresser out to take your money they give you fantastic advice to suit your hair! Can't wait to go back!

I had the most amazing haircut at Vanilah. They knew exactly what I was after and I left very very happy. Not only do they provide a great service but all the staff are very knowledgeable on all their products and only offer the best. They were only too willing to pass on their handy tips and secrets to having great looking healthy hair. What a great experience.

my husband does deliveries to your business and decided to have a haircut there one day. He came home and absolutely raved telling me i must go there that he got the best head massage as well. So i was out shopping on my holidays and decided to pop in and see if you could fit me in. You were able to fit me in that afternoon and not only did i get the best haircut i have had in some years but i also got one of those amazing head massages. I left feeling relaxed and pampered. Definately will be back forever.

Two visits and I haven't quite had the 5 star experience other reviewers have... Visit one was interrupted numerous times by the stylist answering the phone and during visit two I was a made to feel uncomfortable by a senior staff member's attitude towards the apprentice that was cutting my hair. I did however, very much appreciate the quality of cut (have tried elsewhere and 'got what I paid for'). Giving Vanilah another go..

What a delightful salon to go to!! Beautiful, friendly staff, and the best haircut I have had in a long time! The girls are extremely knowledgable, and I felt incredibly safe in their hands. The home care products they recommended we perfect for my hair, and helped to make it look and feel better than it has in YEARS!! Undoubtably the best salon around!!

I was so very happy with my experience and i will be coming back!... It might be pricey but i would prefer to spend an extra 100 on hair i will LOVE and still love 1 month later. I got a colour, cut and treatment and it looked amazing.

Despite the fact that this salon is incredibly over priced it is quite a nice atmosphere. The staff seem pretty friendly and relaxed which was nice. I think its fine to pay a lot of money for a great haircut but my cut was really, really average and i wont go back. The hairdresser I had seemed to think she'd worked some sort of magic on my hair when really it was an incredibly average haircut and a style that didnt even last a few hours definetly not worth a triple figure sum.

I really enjoyed my experience at Vanilla, they were able to fit me in at short notice and all the staff I met were very friendly and welcoming. Zoe cut my hair and I couldn't be happier with how she cut and styled my hair. I will definitely be back.

i was referred to Vanilah by a mate and I'm extremely happy with the result. my hair stylist was very friendly, professional and knowledgable about what works and made helpful suggestions. highly recommend Vanilah to other guys who want proper style cuts. great range of other products too !
