I haven't been too impressed with their clothes lately, especially given how pricey they can be. However, the service is friendly.

Valleygirl used to have inexpensive yet fashionable clothes. But recently the quality of the clothes has declined even further and they are mostly ugly too.
Also, the staff seem incredibly unhappy, they are generally grumpy and unfriendly...some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Just because the store is cheap doesn't mean the service should be that bad.
