DO NOT GO HERE. Worst mechanic i have ever been to, overcharged, job not done right, tried to charge me again for their fault. Lied about what was going on with my car, no photos of the issue, have 2 reports from other mechanics to say what the issue is and that is and its what the mechanic done. Disrespectful and rude to their customers. I have sent an email to their head office, which i probably wont see a response. But i strongly strongly urge people NOT TO GO HERE.

Had one of the worse experience in one of your franchise outlet, ultra tune Wyndham vale. Had my car book in for a simple road worthy cert which would only take a day but the mechanics there manage to get my car into an accident. They called me up to tell me the bad news and offered to give me a courtesy car (which was dirty & disgusting). And out of goodwill they were going to give me 4 brand new tyres and the road worthy for free. Well 3 weeks later of inconvenience I got my car back and guess what they took back the offer of the 4 free tyres. Well done for going back on your word, as you can imagine will never be going back to them for any car related service and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid your business as well.

Approximate cost: $800

Took the car in for log book service and was quoted a price. Got a call telling me it would be under that price, so good stuff. Told to contact car manufacturer due to an issue that would still be covered under new car warranty. A week later took the car back because of a weird noise. Office manager was great, mechanic was rude as they were so busy. He took the car for a drive and said no problem. I am not totally convinced though.
