I own a Holden car. After getting charged around $500 for a logbook service by the dealer I purchased the car from, I thought it's time to shop around and see if I can save some money and, get as good (or better) service.

I decided to give this outlet a try as it was conveniently close to work.

"Steve" the manager was very welcoming when I delivered the car in the morning. He asked what needed to be done today; were there any concerns with anything about the vehicle and, what time was it needed back.

When I went to pick up the car in the afternoon, the car was ready; it was working perfectly and, most importantly, the
price was well below that charged by the dealers.

When there have been problems identified, Steve has phoned me to advise what needed to be done, the urgency (must be done now; should be done within the next 3-6 months or, we should do this at the next service), and, the price for the repairs.

Since my first service there, it's the only place I will take my car for servicing.

Staff are friendly and it is much cheaper than the quoted log book service from Honda dealer. Even direct deal with Honda dealer for my warranty claim. Saving me time to deal with Honda directly.

The car towed to this business unfortunately could not be attended to properly. The diagnosis process took a few days, however once the problem was diagnosed, the business realised the work required could not be performed there, and thus the car was sent off to an external repairs personnel. The car was not in a transportable condition and the handling of this car was not performed as efficiently and effectively as it could have been. Had spent quite a lot of money to diagnose the problem that they could not fix. If this was known earlier then the process could have flowed more smoothly.
