Had a satellite dish, 2 foxtel IQ points and a phone line installed. Sharaf and partner did a fantastic job on all parts. Fast and neat, especially considering a difficult house to install on.

Sharaf and his colleague were able to identify and install a suitable satellite system that would allow us to install Foxtel - something which Foxtel technicians had not been able to do previously. The system works brilliantly and there has been only minimal impact on the appearance of our 1880s terrace house. I am very happy with their work and intend to call on them when we begin renovations on an apartment (again,housed in a heritage listed building).

We were getting serious pixilation. Sharaf was very accommodating when we needed to change the appointment. They arrived when they said they would and quickly identified the problem as a faulty masthead amplifier. Replaced it quickly and even offered to relocate the power supply as it was not in the most obvious position. They were very careful and cleaned up very well, and also identified a broken tile on our roof. Very happy with the service, and would happily recommend.
