I first came to Tumi hair on recommendation of a friend last year. Time was taken to sit down with me and discuss my hair, including the hairdresser, Renato feeling my hair and talking about how much time I wanted to spend on looking after my hair each day, before a style was decided upon. I had never been adventurous in my hair styling and at 40 years of age had never even had any colour put in my hair. The feeling of care and trust was immediate and I now walk out of Tumi feeling fabulous with my highlights and waves every time!
I love and trust the service of Tumi hairdressers in Richmond. I have regular hair cuts and colour and give Renato free reign on my hair (which I have done so for over 12 years now) I am always ecstatic with the results after my visit.
Very friendly staff and well dressed. I was approached as soon as I walked in the door. My hair treatment was explained thoroughly and I was offered a hot beverage. I absolutely loved my colour and ended up walking out with a few products that were suggested to maintain my colour until my next visit. I would highly recommend coming to this salon as the overall experience was fantastic. Go Tumi!!!

This is a great little salon that is open on Mondays. The service can vary from time to time but overall they offer what most other salons do and for the same price. Not cheaper or more expensive. They also offer waxing and tanning services so it saves you a another visit to the waxing lady! Good but only if stuck on a Monday.
