Have been with this clinic for years. With small issues such as coughs and colds they have been wonderful. When having more serious issues.. have found the care to be dissmissive and bias. Have been told several times conditions confirmed by the local hospital can't be correct as I'm "too young" or "too thin". Medication given to supposedly treat several symptoms was completely irrelevant to the issue and caused them to get worse. Was even prescribed one which I'm known to be allergic to.
Continuously chucked in the "too hard basket" and tossed between doctors at the clinic, refferals and scripts never sent off and despite having my entire record in front of them and weekly appointments, continuously seem to have no idea why I'm there. What's the point of having a doctor you see regularly if they treat you as if they've never met you before?
Two doctors have even completely refused testing advised by the hospital due to my age and weight.
One doctor has a reputation amongst the junkies for taking funds in return for scripts of opioids and antipsychotics. This clinic is an absolute mess.
This review in anonymous simply because there's no other bulk billing doctors within the region taking patients and can't afford to lose access to someone able to assess the kids for minor colds and the like.

the Dr I see at Tristar Eaglehawk is fantastic, very knowledgeable and a kind person. They listen to you and help you with your medical problems, there is a nurse there who is also great when kids are getting their needles. If you need to be seen on the day they will try and accommodate you. I found this out when my 23 month old was sick and needed to be seen, there were no appointments available but I was seen as soon as I got there.

This is, by far, the better of the local Tristar centres. The doctor I saw the other week was knowledgeable and thorough, and, as our appointment was after 6pm, there was nobody in the waiting room.

In the small time frame we did wait, the antics of the reception staff and practice nurse kept us amused.

Tristar medical centre is fantastic, ive been going there for a couple of years now, the reception are always wonderful, you can always get an appointment when needed, and the doctors are great and very helpful.

I think that Tristar Eaglehawk is fantastic, you can always get an appointment when needed, friendly staff at the front counter, doctors are very thorough, waiting time is not long, parking out the back.

We went here for the first time last night and were VERY impressed! Reception staff were great, centre was nice and clean, and the doctor was very thorough. Will definitely be going back!
