Two day job covering tree works for several large Oak trees and remove some small to medium conifers. Highly competent and knowledgeable team that worked well together. Top customer service and engaged with us on important aspects of the job.

19/12/2017. Having had TreeFX do work for me in the past, some time ago, I did not hesitate to get them to give me a quote to remove a tree and a few branches on another. I was very happy with the quote, having had friends tell me what level of quotes they had had from other tree removalists. We arranged a time and date and the young lads were there on the dot. They reconfirmed with me what the the job was and made sure I was happy with what was going to be done. They quickly began work keeping me informed of works progress and made sure I was happy with each step. These young guys, Alex, Jack and Spencer, were terrific. I am in my seventies . They were very engaging, respectful and polite. I offered them cold water during the day and they readily offered their appreciation. A rare thing in this day of customer service. They removed all the branches and debris. They then raked, blow vac'd and cleaned up. I was very impressed with the end result. My wife was also very impressed with job and the clean up. TreeFX is very lucky to have these young guys working for them. They are a great advertisement for themselves, as young men, and for the company. Have used Tree FX twice now and the boys didn't disappoint us either time. They phoned to alert us of an earlier start time and just got stuck into the job when they got here. They were very professional and courteous and left the site clean and tidy and consulted with me if they had an issue. They were a good team and an excellent representation for the company. We have recommended the business to 2 neighbours already who were inquiring about the work and cost. Their quote came in the cheapest of 4 quotes and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done. Very professional indeed. Living in Upwey, with two giant Mountain Grey Gums right next to the house, we were worried every time the wind picked-up - just one heavy branch falling would have caused massive damage.
We got several quotes, and to be honest, I almost didn't bother getting one from Treefx as they seemed really professional, and therefore, I thought they would be the most expensive.
As it turned out they gave the best quote and their service was incredible. I was literally in awe as I watched the guys climb the huge trees and bring them down without damaging the house, fence, or the garden. These guys are thoroughly professional.
I could not give them a higher recommendation and will definitely seek their services again in the future.
