I am amazed with the superior customer service at travelgear.com.au. After receiving a missing order I promptly emailed my complaint. To my surprise I received a reply just minutes later. Even better, they offered to hand deliver (!) the missing item to my door on a weekend. I received a personal phone call and apology from Tim (the manager?) with a offer to drive to Ocean Grove to deliver my item. I haven't experienced this kind of customer service before. Would definitely recommend this company.

This is a great business. It has everything you can possibly think of for travelling. They are an Australian business, only about 10 years old and provided us excellent service as well as great products.

After an unfortunate incident on a previous trip, my husband ordered an "over the shoulder" pouch to secure valuables and a special mesh pocket which slips on his belt and goes inside his waistband.

As space is sometimes a premium and the vaccuum seal bags seem to lose their tight seal, we also purchased a storage sack which looks like a sleeping bag bag, but you can stuff it full of clothes and pull down the straps on each side to pack it down to at least a third of the original size - no way it can spring back again.

These products were ordered one day and delivered the next. Very impressed with the quality and will probably get some more things from them.

They also have sim cards and language resources and many more items - everything for the traveller.
