Went into shop to buy a toy and ended up with an argument. Asked how long the warranty was on a toy and was told "they never come back", I asked for a more definitive answer and just had the answer repeatedly avoided until "how long is a piece of string" was provided as the answer. At this point I was a bit frustrated and asked the staff member why he was making such a meal of a pretty basic question. Anyway argument ended up outside and almost became a shouting match. All I wanted was a sensible answer. Other staff members have been very helpful on numerous times I've been to this store before. [redacted due to personal identifier]

I visited Toyworld in Balcatta recently on the off-chance that they might have spare parts for our Hills Swing Set. The male staff member was really helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to get some equivalent parts (replacement seats) to keep our swing set in good working order, at a very modest price.
