As a first time customer,... I took my 5 pairs of various cowboy boots in to have sole repairs. The 2 'men' were terribly rude and condescending from the get-go! The prices they started quoting were also exorbitant! $150 to do leather soles on one pair alone!! I decided against giving my business (which would have been a lot and ongoing) to them. I should have checked the other reviews first on there incredible rudeness...., it would have saved me an uncomfortable encounter and waste of time. Definitely need to look up the meaning of the word customer service and learn to smile. Horrible experience!

I needed a big toe patch put on my new shoes....The first person to service me was ok Not friendly or helpful but ok. The second person (on pick up) was very rude gave a massive sigh because I wanted to look at the workmanship and check the shoes before leaving. Then when I asked a very basic question (ok it was that is very small patch thought it would be bigger) told me that that's the size and I would still wear through the shoe anyway.

The innersole was also not put back into the shoe correctly so had to take it back. The glue had stuck the insole to the shoe and had to be pulled out (lucky no issue from that). Then he told me that the $200 pair of running shoes where not that good and the inner sole was "pretty bad" and did I know that they sold better insoles.....
my shoes on return looked bad they had mostly pulled the laces out and not bother to put them back. Just slack.

I had new soles put on a pair of shoes here - the wait time was a little long (a week), and they were quite busy when I was in there, so I had to stand around and wait for 10-15 minutes, but the quality of the repairs was exceptional and the price was not too steep. I'd definitely send more shoes to them for repairs.

Nothing is too much trouble - from 1 buckle on a school shoe ( done in minutes), to replacement vivid colored laces, to batteries for watches, tamagotchi's, etc, & even bought a reasonably priced watch there once. Loyal customer!
