Every time I have taken my PC in, the team here have been nothing but helpful. I love that I have the opportunity to be informed and involved in the rebuilding of various parts, and that they take the time to teach me and fill in the gaps I have for problems I’ve not seen before. They do not try and milk money from me, they are transparent throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone, from purchase to service, from repairs to maintenance. 11/10, will always use for my IT needs.

I was told there was a hard disc drive HDD problem, but 'hopeful to extract files', then it was, 'cannot do, becos mechanical failure, needs new HDD $400'. Got new HDD. Got it back, but mouse and printer would not operate. I went and asked for old HDD, was given it grudgingly & with no real assurance it was mine! It was: local expert retrieved my files and fixed issues. HDD did not have mechanical failure at all! (Probably corrupt files/bad sectors). Wrong Diagnosis! Or ?? Very poor communication from Tower IT. No explanation or apology. Would not recommend.

I bought a wired modem recently and often drop in to ask questions re computers and internet connections and find the two gentlemen who work there to be very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a popular shop with people I know as the prices are right and customer service is unbeatable. And they take the time with me, as a novice in many computer areas, and that means a lot.
