I have been training with Axel for nearly a month and can already start to see the results. As part of a small group I get results of a personal trainer at a reasonable cost. Axel works us hard but at the same time due to the group size he knows each of our limitations and will adjust the exercise for each individual if required.
Training is different every time so I never get bored, I actually find myself looking forward to each session which is a new experience for me.
Also Victoria Park is very convenient to the city or central train station for work.
