There is no point advertising that you do 1 hour or even SAME DAY service if this is not the case.
Went in today to get 3 garments dry cleaned and was told they didn't have enough orders to run the machine.
The whole reason people pay a premium to get it same day is to run the machine as required!
VERY poor customer service and false advertising!

Sent my wedding dress to be clean in July 2010. My mother in law dropped it off and was told that they would call her to arrange a drop off when it was ready. 6 months later, we started to get a bit worried and called up asking where it was. They acted like we needed to call them to arrange it to be dropped off, even though we had no idea when it would be done!!

The dress arrived and it wasn't pressed very well on the front, but that was not the problem (even though you pay so much you expect it pressed)... The back side and underarms on my dress were PINK. Yes, a nice white dress turned PINK. I called them up and told them to come pick it up and clean it again. They told me it could be many things, but didn't have a response for why they didn't tell me it had happened!! Just boxed it up and sent it off!!

A week later, they call me up to tell me it cannot be removed and that it's from my spray tan at the wedding. There's apparently no way to remove it, they tried scrubbing it, but that's it. I said it was unacceptable, I wanted it back ASAP and I'd make sure to tell everyone I knew what had happened. They acted like they didn't care!!!

Will definitely be finding out how to get the cost of my wedding dress back. Thanks for ruining my dress!

People, if they don't spot a PINK stain on a WHITE dress, I wouldn't trust this place EVER.

We've had great service from these friendly people for many years now. They have always done a good job on our articles of clothing and we've had no disasters. So far we've only had regular items cleaned like suits, jackets, jumpers but they do other special items as well.
